Data collected for an enquiry

When you use the enquiry form, it sends the name, email address, requested dates, selected service, message and selected language that you provide. We use this information to receive, assess and answer your enquiry, to prepare or administer a requested concierge service, and to maintain related communications. Please do not include sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sending it through the form.

Service providers and data transfers

The enquiry form submits data to Formspree at the configured form endpoint. Formspree states in its privacy policy that it may process personal information in the United States and in other countries where it operates. Formspree is used to receive form submissions; its own privacy information also applies to its service.

The website is hosted using Hostinger. The server/data-centre location, backup location, applicable subprocessors and transfer safeguards for this specific website have not been confirmed. Hostinger’s general policy does not confirm the processing location for this site. The owner must review and document the actual hosting configuration before publication.

Website operation, weather and language setting

The site uses a weather feature that requests forecasts through a server-side component from MET Norway. Enquiry-form data is not sent to MET Norway by that feature. The site also stores your selected language in browser session storage under the key sultanLanguage so the language can be kept during the current browser session. This is local, functional storage rather than an advertising or analytics setting.

Cookies, similar technologies and external links

A review of the supplied page code did not identify analytics tags or code that sets tracking cookies. This is not a guarantee that no cookies or similar technologies are used: hosting, server responses and third-party services must still be checked before publication. A link to WhatsApp opens an external service. If you choose to use it, WhatsApp and its providers handle data under their own terms and privacy information.

Retention and security

Enquiry data should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, continue any related customer relationship, resolve issues, or meet an applicable legal obligation. No fixed retention period is published because the owner has not confirmed one. The owner must set and document retention periods, deletion practices, access controls, backups and the treatment of provider and server logs before publication.

Your requests and the FDPIC

You may ask us about personal data concerning you and request correction of inaccurate data. You may also ask for deletion where this is appropriate. Updates

This notice must be updated before publication when the hosting arrangement, data transfers, retention schedule or website tools are confirmed, or when the operator’s details change. A publication date and version should be added only after owner approval.
